I think that surface and gesture computing is going to explode over the next five years. We're going to see it in many areas of our life. We already are with devices like the iPhone and the HTC Touch, however Surface will bring more opportunities with it.

After watching this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1FJHYqE0RDg on the Android Demo, I have to say that the touch portion of the demo is nice. Who knows, maybe I could create a ''copy and paste'' program for the touch device and win some of that 10 million dollar prize money.

I found the Surface team blog here: http://blogs.msdn.com/surface/default.aspx Hopefully there be lots of cool bits coming from them. I'd love to hear and see what apps they are creating (from a UX side) and the challenges (from a technical side).
