Overheard at Best Buy last night
Last night at Best Buy in the Mac section I overheard these comments by the salesperson.
"The Mac is more intuitive once you get used to it."
and...
"You're more apt to do something wrong on the Mac and succeed, than do something right on Windows and succeed."
These statements struck me as a masterful use of doublespeak by this salesperson. I had to just shake my head at these kind of tactics.
There's no need to employ this kind of language in a sales scenario. Mac makes wonderful hardware and it's based off a great OS (BSD).
